Promoters Highgrove Strategic Land have become the latest full member of the LPDF, boosting our membership to 85 of the sector's leading companies.

Highgrove Strategic Land are experts in the promotion of land for residential development. They work alongside their landowning partners and fully fund and manage both the planning promotion and land sale process from start to finish. Once a site has received planning permission, and in order to achieve the best value for our landowners, they collaboratively market the site before jointly agreeing a sale to a purchasing housebuilder.
