Inspired choice as retirement community developer joins

We're kicking off 2021 in style, with the announcement that another great company has joined the LPDF.

We've extended a warm welcome to affiliate members Inspired Villages, a developer and operator of retirement communities in the UK which is majority owned and fully-funded by Legal & General.  Inspired Villages has six operational villages in the UK, with a further 14 legally secured and under construction, with planning permission or in planning and has aspirations to deliver 60 villages within the next 10 years.

A retirement community may also be referred to as retirement villages, extra care or housing-with-care, combining housing options for older people with tailored support services.  Residents rent or own a property to maintain their privacy and independence with the reassurance of 24-hour on-site staff, communal facilities and optional care and support as needed.  Find out more at www.inspiredvillages.co.uk.
