LPDF welcomes Northern Trust as latest full member

We're delighted to announce that we have welcomed Northern Trust as our latest full member.  It brings our total membership to 91.

Northern Trust is a £500m+ privately owned property investment , development and land management business. It has over eight million sq ft of industrial , trade park and office parks together with 5,000 acres of land throughout the UK.

The company has a small dedicated in-house land team that promotes Northern Trust-owned sites which are held in a wholly-owned subsidiary land company, Metacre Ltd, together with sites owned by a variety of PLC and private landowners/promotion partners, with currently 1,500 acres being promoted through the planning process for mixed use development.
