Maples Teesdale is a specialist property law firm based in a single location in EC2V in London.  We have 17 Partners, covering disciplines including property, finance, planning, corporate and litigation but all focused on the real estate sector.  We have 55 lawyers and a total staff of 80.

Martin Smith heads our strategic land team at Maples Teesdale.  He has over 25 years of experience in advising both landowner and developers/promoters on all types of strategic land and joint venture projects, advising on collaboration agreements, site assembly through options, promotion agreements and development joint ventures, as well as site sale structures across sites ranging from 100 + units to 15,000 + units.
