Harry is a Chartered Town Planner with broad experience in the private sector, including urban regeneration schemes, strategic site promotion, Environmental Impact Assessment, and planning policy drafting. Harry is currently LandTech's Head of Research and advises the market leading planning technology company on how to apply their unique data in innovative ways. LandTech's Grey Belt data has been described as the most robust and comprehensive assessment of this policy that exists.   

As an experienced director, Michael helps lead the town planning team in Stantec’s Reading office. Specialising in promoting strategic land for mixed-use and residential developments predominantly across south-east England, he has extensive experience of site promotion through local and neighbourhood plans, and major planning applications and appeals.

Sarah Young heads up LUC’s Planning team and is a leading expert in Green Belt issues. She has led Green Belt studies for more than 50 local authorities across England and represented them at Local Plan Examinations. She was recognised by the RTPI as a ‘women of influence’ because of her work in strategic planning including Green Belt studies.
